Best Western Plus Moncton

I had a pleasant stay! The complimentary breakfast was tasty, especially the scrambled eggs, and the pool was saltwater, which was refreshing! The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy.

the location was great, around 10-15 minutes walk from crystal palace. the staff were exceptional. the room was brand-new, huge with exceptionally comfortable bed.

Everything was good, peaceful location short walk to the casino, a restaurant or a grocery store for a sandwich and Moncton, really really nice experience. Our queen room was terrific with a jacuzzi. The onsite bar was nice and the staff were efficient.

What they don't tell you

A fantastic surprise awaits at this hotel. Cheerful staff welcomes you, and the breakfast selection is excellent, with plenty of options. The room provides immense comfort with great bedding. Free parking is a bonus, and a prime location near downtown makes exploring easy. Just be prepared for limited dining on-site.

The breakfast was good, varied and sufficient.

It was close to the airport, a sports bar, and not far to great shopping opportunities. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to answer questions, look things up for us, and give very good service. Service is what it's all about in my opinion. If people go out of their way to help answer your questions, you remember that more than anything else. Location is important too for what you want to do but all the staff we talked to was good at giving directions for everywhere we wanted to go.

We had a problem on the second night we stayed there with a noisy air conditioner or heating system. We had shut it off but it was noisy all night and much noisier than other hotel systems I am used to so we had a bit of trouble falling asleep. The first night was not like that at all so maybe the room had a system that needs some fixing up or maybe it was noisy from the room next door!

Family with Kids? You gotta try it!

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The place was clean and the rooms were nice.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, for what we got, I think it was acceptable.

The room was very good. Good comfortable beds. Nice bathroom with lots of storage space. At breakfast we as Germans are not used to plastic dishes, we also missed bread rolls and cheese. Otherwise, there is a small buffet with egg, bacon, toast and more.

Had a lovely stay with my family in a comfortable queen room, and the kids really enjoyed the late-night pool. We took advantage of the nice hot breakfast each morning, though it would have been great to have more yogurt options. A fantastic place with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for family time 😊

The motorcycle rally that we attended wasnt much,not many people around and wasnt very well oraganized,and i guess you could say we wont be attending the rally there again.
